Sean's car, that his grandfather gifted him 20 months ago has a leak in the gas tank and much of the system that holds the gas tank in place is hot. It will cost $400 to repair and the mechanic that I took it to, one that Jen has been using for a while now, said it also needs new shocks, struts and a variety of other things are about to fail on it. It is a 1995 car. The mechanic does not think that we should repair it.
This leaves a small bind to deal with. Jen is talking to her dad for advice. Sean will be needing a car for community college next year, especially since I will be returning to Quincy.
Not sure what the right call is not this one and really having to think on it.
